About me…
I am a dedicated educator with a fervent commitment to utilizing the Orton-Gillingham program to support students who learn with dyslexia and dysgraphia. I gained a wealth of knowledge while practicing at Rawson Saunders, a full-curriculum school for dyslexic learners, started programs to help kids gifted with dyslexia in two different private schools, was given a platform to pitch the idea of a non-profit to educate kids with this particular challenge in public schools to Easter Seals, and sat on the board of directors for the International Dyslexia Association. I have been working with my younger friends for over twenty years, and I can honestly say that I love my job.
